We ordered the 6 course tasting menu for 2 people. Everything was very delicious with the creativity of the dishes being a welcome change of pace from the traditional Italian dishes. We especially enjoyed the amberjack ceviche and octopus, which was cooked perfectly.

Best restaurant in a long time. Superb staff, superb diner and superb wines. They really did a good job. Keep on doing this good work!

The food is amazing. The possibility to chose between a 4 to 6 course menu is great with a lot of choices for each course. We would have loved to go a second time to try other things. And the ambiance is so nice, quiet, relaxed. Nothing of the touristy hype found in other places. Our best experience in Tuscany!

IO osteria Personale is a hidden gem.  Truly michelin star worthy.  Unique combination of ingredients that work so well together.  can&#39;t say enough good things about this place.  I plan to recommend to all my friends who visit Florence and I plan to return again.  The staff was also wonderful.  service was exceptional.  Did I mention how delicious the food was?

While the service was impeccable and most of the dishes were phenomenal, the risotto was barely average.  We love this place and have been multiple times. Perhaps just an off night for the chef?

We went for the beef and while disappointed we couldn&rsquo;t get the steak by the kilo (minimum order of one kilo would have been too much for us) we opted for other steak dishes &mdash; a filet and a tenderloin&mdash; that both were amazing, set off by the simple yet perfectly prepared sides.Our enjoyment of the food got a boost from the lively atmosphere and professional service.

This western restaurant is famous for its Beef Wellington. I tried this type of steak after watching the TV series &quot;Mr. Good&quot; starring Sun Honglei, in which the protagonist made this steak many times. Unexpectedly, I became addicted to it after trying it. The Beef Wellington of this restaurant uses top-quality fillet beef, so the meat quality is very good and it did not disappoint me.

Manager and staff were very attentive and kind. We are from Manhattan and have had sushi all over the place. This was 10/10!

This western restaurant is famous for Wellington steak, because I saw Sun Honglei&#39;s TV series &quot;Good Mr.&quot; before, the hero made this steak many times, so I tried this type of steak, but I didn&#39;t expect to try it. The restaurant&#39;s Wellington steaks featured top-notch Fillion beef, so the meat was very good and did not disappoint me.

We make sure that we visit this restaurant every time that we are in Florence. The food, wine and service are always exceptional

For my honeymoon. We are really happy to have dinner at the restaurant. A Japanese woman&#39;s service was excellent.  I would like to visit this restaurant again.
